Welcome to KundaliTalk (kundalitalk.com). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal data while you create kundalis, chat with your birth chart, and use related services.

• Account details: name, email, and authentication identifiers.
• Birth details you provide: date, time, place, and derived chart data.
• Chat and usage data needed to deliver answers, quotas, and product improvement.
• Payment confirmations via Razorpay — we do not store full card or bank account numbers.

• To generate charts, power AI chat, and manage free/paid question access.
• To save kundalis and chat history when you are signed in.
• To process payments, prevent abuse, and provide support.

We use secure infrastructure and access controls. We may share necessary data with payment processors and infrastructure providers, or when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data by contacting support@kundalitalk.com. Guest charts stored only on your device can be cleared from your browser storage.
